Collecting the documentation, buying the building material, looking for contractors, price rises, nerves of steel and a vast amount of time are the invitable facts of house building. Every step of the way to your own house, we provide counselling by experts who will answer all your questions about building. We will inform you about the procedure for obtaining a building permit, the choice of financing for your house, during planning, house selection, etc. Our range of services includes not only standard houses which may be adapted to your wishes, needs and the environment where you intend to set up home; we can design your new house based on your wishes alone - just for you.

Based on the urban planning part of the project and project conditions we will prepare a building permit design (PGD) for you within 45 days.

The said project comprises the construction part with an inventory of work and material, architecture, craft jobs and electrical and machine installations. Even if you have any questions regarding the furnishing and design of interiors, Marles architects are always willing to offer you advice.
