Construction/assembly

MARLES house building is carried out under professional supervision by specialized carpenters and joiners who set up your house within days, all set to be finished; after that, it is entirely up to you when you move in.

Clients-investors into a Marles house first has to ensure the land and the required permits for setting up a house (building permit, uniform permit for construction), either by themselves or with our help.
To obtain a building permit, a building permit design (PGD) is necessary, which can be provided by Marles architects.

This is followed by the next construction phases:

Phase 1: digging for foundations, basement, preparing the floor base or basement (by Marles if agreed

Phase 2: Marle shouse assembly - standard supply by Marles (insulated exterior walls with fitted finished windows and doors, insulated interior walls, built-in piping in the walls for electrical installations, ceilings, roof structure, wall coverings on all walls, the exterior ones completed with a heat-insulation facade (without the finishing decorative layer). This phase, which leaves the house looking almost finished, takes 3 -7 day, depending on its size and architectural complexity.

Phase 3: all roofing and tinsmith jobs.

Phase 4: interior and exterior painting jobs - decorative plastering of the facade.
Phases 1 to 4 are included in the "Marles package". Phase 5 and further stages are carried out per agreement: by the client-investor and his own contractors or arranged by Marles.

Phase 5: fitting the building with installations.

Phase 6: dry fitting or cement screed.

Phase 7: finishing jobs: wood flooring, tiles, interior stairs, sanitary tiles.

Prior to the assembly, the house selected by the client-investor is manufactured in a production plant. The advantages of such manufacture is cost-effectiveness, economy, greater independence of weather conditions and quality assembly. The manufacture process is more easily controlled at the production site. The work is carried out by experienced workers, professionally and in compliance with regulations. It is vital that all the elements are made with precision and to small tolerances. This is crucial for a precise fit of the joints during assembly, which is extremely important in ensuring the required essential characteristics of the building.

Marles services during construction itself:

  • transport and assembly
  • preaparing the building site
  • taking charge of the construction
  • coordination and supervision of finishing jobs
  • handing over the house with the necessary protocol and documentation
